The Church faced a lot of challenges during her early days. In the sitting room, there were a lot of attacks as she was not growing even with the miracles, signs and wonders that the Lord was doing in the place. Until one day when a powerful programme was held and there was a prophecy which revealed that that was an Iroko tree at the back of the house where witches in the area gathered to meet and so far they were still meeting there, the church would never grow. Then a powerful prayer was raised and in the same afternoon without any cloudy sky in preparation for rain, there was a massive thunder which struck the Iroko tree and broke it into pieces from its top to its root. Many charms of the evil people were found in the pieced tree. It was after that incident that the church began to grow gradually. However, the Miracle Worker performed His miracles by building His Church and till date this is where we are.
